What are the rules for submitting tutorials? Well all tutorials should be made
out of an HTML page with accompanying images. Please
click here for a small preview. All of these images and the html file
should be compressed into either a .rar or a .zip file and uploaded so. Rarring
or zipping files can be done by downloading winzip or winrar from
Downloads.com Simple and easy!
Files in any other format will not be accepted.
Tutorials can also be requested. Please pose all your tutorial requests on the
Tutorial Board on the Dream-Grafix Forum.
