of Use
Please read these Terms of Use before registering with Dream-Grafix.
Registering with us means you agree with all of the rules and regulations
mentioned below.

Registering with the Dream-Grafix requires you to open an account. You are
obliged to complete the registration process by providing us with complete,
up-to-date and accurate information as prompted by the registration form.

All artwork submissions made have to be a .jpg or
.jpeg file, no wider than 720 pixels
and a resolution of 72 dpi . File size
may not exceed 150kb
. Artworks that are submitted in wallpaper format (800 x 600, 1024 x 768, 1280
x 768,...) will be reduced to 720 px in width to display on the site, but a
wallpaper link will be made, enabeling the possibility of downloading the
original wallpaper sized artwork. You cannot change the username you have
chosen so carefully consider your choice.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
password and account. If your account gets hacked or stolen or any other breach
of security regarding your account occurs, you agree to contact a crew member
and the administrator to report this offence immediately. Dream-Grafix cannot
be held liable for any damage or loss you may suffer from anyone stealing your
account or password or any other security breach happening to you, either with
or without your knowledge. You can be held liable for losses incurred to
Dream-Grafix or another party due to someone else using your account or
password. To avoid this from happening, report the security breach to a crew
member and the administrator

You may not use another member's Dream-Grafix account at anytime without their
explicit written permission and notifying a crew member and the administrator
of this event.

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities(comments,
submissions,..) that occur under your account.

Dream-Grafix cannot be held responsible for any harm may come to you or your
art due to offensive comments or artwork stealing. Dream-Grafix does do great
effort to prevent these events from happening, but we cannot ensure you they
won't.

Dream-Grafix does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to
Dream-Grafix (including feedback and suggestions to the FAQ or by mail) or
post, upload, mail or submit. However, by posting, uploading, inputting,
providing or submitting your submission you are granting Dream-Grafix
permission to use your submission in connection with the operation of its
Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy,
distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit,
translate and reformat your submission. Also to publish your name in connection
with your submission, giving due copyrights. No compensation will be paid with
respect to the use of your submission.

Dream-Grafix is under no obligation to post or use any submission you may
provide. All submissions are taken under consideration individually and
Dream-Grafix is not obliged to give an explanation to why a submission was not
committed to the site.

Dream-Grafix may remove any submission at any time for any reason, in its sole
discretion, without notice or obligation to revealing the reason.

Any submissions you post, submit, provide, upload or mail have to be created by
your own hand, whether digitally, manually or by any other form to create the
submission. Using someone else's work and claiming it as your own is considered
theft and will result in suspension of your account.

Deliberatly insulting any Dream-Grafix members, Dream-Grafix crew or
non-members is a serious offense and will be penaltied with suspension of your
account.

Dream-Grafix envokes the right to un/ban any member at any time for any reason,
without notice or obligation to revealing the reason

Dream-Grafix may also terminate or suspend your access to Dream-Grafix and its
activities for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular
service for an extended period of time, as determined by Dream-Grafix. The
amount of time that Dream-Grafix currently considers as "extended" is 7 months.
Upon termination/banning of your Dream-Grafix account, your right to use any
Dream-Grafix services/activities immediately ceases. GDream-Grafix carries no
obligation to maintain any of your posted content or submissions,nor to forward
them to you or any third party.

The amount of artworks you submit is unlimited, however to a contest there may
be special rules overriding this one. Any rules overriding this rule will be
explicitly mentioned in the contest rules. If none are mentioned, this rule
applies

The amount of favourites you can select with your account is limited to 150.
You may under no circumstances exceed this amount.

You may comment under artworks at free will, however spamming will not be
tolerated. SPAM is considered to be Silly pointless annoying messages or very
short messages of which the content has already been mentioned before. Try to
say something useful in your comments. Dream-Grafix envokes the right of
deleting a comment at any time, for any reason, without notice or obligation to
providing the reason of deletion.
LIABILITY
DISCLAIMER DREAM-GRAFIX AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS
ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, LACK OF VIRUSES
OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE,
PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED WITHIN THE DREAM-GRAFIX
SITE/FORUM FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND
RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
DREAM-GRAFIX AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND
CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED
GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT DREAM-GRAFIX SHALL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR
DATA, ANY MATERIAL OR DATA SENT OR RECEIVED OR NOT SENT OR RECEIVED, OR ANY
TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH A DREAM-GRAFIX.
YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT DREAM-GRAFIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY
THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF
ANY OTHER PARTY OR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANOTHER'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY RIGHTS.
YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT DREAM-GRAFIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT (OR
ITS NATURE) SENT USING AND/OR INCLUDED IN THE DREAM-GRAFIX SITE/FORUM/SERVICES
BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAM-GRAFIX AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT,SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR
PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF
THE DREAM-GRAFIX SITE/FORUM/SERVICES, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE
DREAM-GRAFIX SITE/FORUM/SERVICES OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR
FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND
RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE DREAM-GRAFIX SITE/FORUM/SERVICES, OR
OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE DREAM-GRAFIX SITE/FORUM/SERVICES,
WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE,
EVEN IF DREAM-GRAFIX OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME COUNTRIES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,
THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE DREAM-GRAFIX
SITE/FORUM/SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE DREAM-GRAFIX SITE/FORUM/SERVICES.

All artworks/submissions on the site are copyrighted by the original artists
and may NOT be taken or reproduced without their permission. Right-clicking and
saving an image featured on Dream-Grafix and then displaying it on your
webspace is a crime if you have not acquired explicit permission of the artist
or if you have not given proper credit. If you have given proper credit, eyt
the artist requests for you to remove the artwork from your site, please
respect his/her wishes.

All thumbnails used to illustrate series on Dream-Grafix belong to the Original
creators of the series, all rights reserved. Dream-Grafix does not claim to
have any copyrights on those artworks, so all rights are reserved for the
original creators. If you are an artist of the original series and with for the
thumbnail to be altered or removed, please contact
Ayame

The Dream-Grafix Site was fully coded by Ayame. This code is NOT open-source.
Any theft of the Dream-Grafix code is a serious offence and may result in a
law-suit.
